Madison ware in Northeastern corner and East Central area of Iowa (extends into Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois)
Map 2. Late Late Woodland Period 1150-900 B.P. A.D. 800-1050:
Saylor ware near Iowa's center, Minott's ware in Eastern Iowa (extends from center of state to Eastern border and then South in a circular shape), Maples Mills Ceramics just under Minott's ware circle from Iowa's center to it's Southeastern corner (extends into Missouri and Illinois)
